This Privacy Policy explains what information DVC collects when you use our website and card-creation service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Details you provide: name, phone number, email, business/role info, social & website links, and any photo or logo you upload for your card.
Order & payment info: the plan you choose and payment confirmation (payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your full card/UPI details).
Usage data: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Service working and to improve it.

2. How we use your information

To create, host, and deliver your digital visiting card.
To communicate with you about your order, via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To improve our templates and Service.

3. Sharing your information

Your card's details (name, role, contact links, etc.) are, by design, visible to anyone you share your card link or QR code with — that is the purpose of the Service. Beyond that, we do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (e.g. payment processing, hosting) strictly to operate the Service.

4. Data retention

We keep your card and account information for as long as your plan is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you renew or need support. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so please avoid sharing sensitive personal information beyond what's needed for your card.
