These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DVC's website and digital visiting card services ("Service"). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
DVC lets you create a digital visiting card built from a template, your personal or business details, and a shareable link or QR code. We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, phone, email, links, images, etc.) and for keeping any account access secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information you supplied.
Prices are shown on our Pricing section and are billed as stated at the time of purchase (e.g. per year). Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
We may suspend or remove any card that violates these Terms.
The DVC name, logo, templates, and platform are owned by DVC. Content you upload (your name, photo, business details) remains yours; you grant us the right to host and display it as part of your card.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, DVC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant plan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
